About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a series of administrative tasks and drive compliance across the estate (circa 200 buildings) and change of contracts.
  • Manage and implement testing obligations and manage the process of follow-on works (FOW) ensuring compliance across the estate.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of regulations and the in-house auditing platform.
  • Create orders for external suppliers on request and manage updates where required.
  • Support and advise on the compliance position of individual establishments when requested by the Operations Support team.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance obligations are met.
  • Support suppliers and internal managers in the delivery of the compliance testing output within defined KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Ability to coordinate tasks autonomously with a consistent systematic approach.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Good team player.
  • Able to manage difficult conversations.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate skill set in IT (essential).
  • Excel skills (essential).
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Teams (advantage).
