About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Sodexo. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and customers, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party, following all visitor management processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and efficient.
  • Support with inductions, workplace support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity.
  • Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require.
Requirements
  • Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Computer literacy – MS office packages.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will be highly valued.
  • Champion of health & safety practices.
  • Desire to grow and progress your career.
