HR Shared Services Associate Opportunity

Macmillan Davies is proud to support a leading global bio pharmaceutical client in their search for an experienced HR Shared Services Associate.

This 6-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office, and a competitive day rate of £160-£200.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR advice to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Manage day-to-day benefit administration, ensuring seamless communication with providers.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies, and tools.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services team.
  • Administer benefits by informing providers of changes in an employee's life cycle.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of benefit plans and serve as the subject matter expert on benefit processes.

Language Skills: While not essential, proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is highly desirable.
