About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of HR, providing guidance and support to our employees, and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
  • Absence Management: Develop and implement effective absence management procedures to minimize absenteeism and ensure business continuity.
  • Performance Evaluation & Improvements: Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
