Job Title: Luxury Travel Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and booking client travel, as well as conducting proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute bespoke travel itineraries, including experiential trips and high-end seasonal holidays.
  • Utilize online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and tailoring travel recommendations accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, supplier offerings, and travel regulations to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Travel Specialist, specifically dealing with high-end clientele.
  • Proven track record of selling luxury travel, including bespoke experiential trips and high-end seasonal holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of travel systems, including GDS booking software and online travel tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, as needed.
