Job Description

Job Title: Configuration Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering strategic Asset Management System capabilities within our Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management SaaS System.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Asset Management Expertise: Act as the EAM subject matter expert in terms of functionality and capability, supporting business areas in process development and system deployment.
  2. Implementation of Asset Management Roadmap: Support the implementation of the Asset Management Functional Roadmap.
  3. Technical Support: Work closely with the Senior Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist providing technical support to them and the project team.
  4. Strategic Project Delivery: Engage with the business/stakeholders and IS to deliver strategic projects.
  5. Project Delivery: Deliver tasks in support of project delivery through the live production environment.
  6. Requirements Capture: Support the development of requirements capture.
  7. Design and Testing: Ensure designs meet the needs of the business and align with the function strategy, and ensure comprehensive system & user testing is completed, and end user training is provided.
  8. Deployment and Transition: Support the deployment, including the transition into EAM operational team.
Requirements:
  1. Education: HNC/HND or equivalent in IT/Business management or Engineering Discipline.
  2. Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of the EAM system would be desirable, experience in project management, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ability to think strategically with an ability to translate strategy into plans, detailed working knowledge of legislation and its application in asset operations, and proven track record in leading and managing software platform operational use and development projects.
  3. Security Clearance: All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
