Deputy Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at The Learning Tree Nursery School by Storal. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and early years education are delivered to our children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the educator team to deliver high-quality teaching and care under the EYFS framework.
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences that promote their learning and development.
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager during absence and provide leadership and support to the team.
- Manage staffing ratios effectively and ensure consistent high-quality teaching across the nursery.
- Attract, hire, and develop skilled educators who reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together.
About You:
- You will have a strong background in early years education, with a qualification to at least Level 3 or equivalent.
- You will have experience in a managerial role, including nursery administration, and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
- You will be a reflective practitioner, able to provide staff training and support, and embody the Storal values.

- A competitive salary, from £28,350 up to £33,155.20 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
