Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued. Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our menu offerings, including food and drink specials, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling security.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety procedures and policies, including food safety and hygiene practices, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a similar environment is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
