About the Role

The GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team in our Head Office. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all GAP One Account Administrators are fully trained in all aspects of the hire desk role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop new and existing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor team performance and call quality, identifying areas for improvement
  • Create a comprehensive training manual and Personal Development Plans
  • Assist the Team Leader in improving internal processes

About You

We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a background in telephone-based customer service. You will have a proven track record of delivering training and development programs, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
