Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Management Professional to join our team at Wallington High School for Girls.

As a key member of our Estates and Facilities team, you will be responsible for implementing a new culture of quality and excellence in facilities management. You will work closely with the Head of Estates and Facilities to develop and implement effective audit processes and record management systems.

With a focus on compliance management, you will utilize your knowledge and expertise to ensure that our school estate meets the highest standards of safety and quality. You will also be responsible for the effective management and motivation of a small team, driving operational excellence across the school estate.

We are looking for someone with sound working knowledge of facilities management, compliance standards, and safe working practices. You will have outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively manage a small team through effective motivation.

The successful candidate will be given the tools and support to succeed in this role, with strong leadership and guidance from our team. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
