Reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Your expertise in facilities management, compliance standards, and safe working practices will be essential in building audit processes and effective record management systems.
As a Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and motivation of a small team, driving operational excellence across the school estate. Your outstanding communication and people skills will enable you to effectively manage the team to deliver high-quality service. You will be given the tools and support to succeed in this role, with a strong leadership team focused on the same goals and outcomes.
We are open to candidates from various sectors, but you will need to have sound working knowledge of facilities management, compliance standards, and safe working practices that you can apply with empathy to the education environment. This role offers opportunities for training and development, enabling you to grow your career further.
Key Responsibilities:
