Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Huntress - Leeds. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive world-class support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Sales Team: Collaborate with our external Sales Team to ensure seamless communication with customers and provide timely support to resolve any issues.
  2. Act as a Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Negotiate and Manage Accounts: Proactively identify and address potential account issues, negotiating solutions that meet the needs of both our clients and our organization.
  4. Monitor and Update Clients: Review daily schedules, monitor job progress, and keep clients informed of any changes or updates.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service team.
  6. Training and Development: Be willing to undertake training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  7. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent time management and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Working Hours and Benefits:
