Job Title: Multi Skilled Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Driver to join our team at ADM. As a Multi Skilled Driver, you will be responsible for driving and operating an LGV vehicle in accordance with Department of Transport regulations, EU drivers' hours rules, and company safety and health requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate the LGV vehicle in accordance with legislation and company procedures.
  • Unload and deliver flour sacks from LGV's to customers' premises in accordance with company operating procedures.
  • Discharge bulk flour in accordance with company operating procedures.
  • Assist in training and development of colleagues.
  • Deal with customers in a professional manner.
  • Communicate between vehicle and office when necessary.
  • Clean vehicles at specified intervals and ensure deliveries are undertaken in a hygienic manner.
  • Complete paperwork in respect of vehicle defect procedures, working time, deliveries, and safety observation reports.

Requirements:

  • Holder of relevant LGV licence for vehicle driven.
  • Experience and trained in manual handling work.
  • Experience in customer relations.
  • Knowledge of flour products and food hygiene.
  • Possess Driver Certificate of Professional competence.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good communication skills.
