Reliability Maintenance Specialist

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and quality of our equipment, while also enhancing the operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
  • Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors when necessary. You will also work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing Amazon to deliver at the speed we're known for.

Requirements:
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing

While experience in condition-based monitoring and working with print and apply machines is preferred, it is not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
