We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at Haus der Betreuung und Pflege Biesdorf-Süd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all equipment is packed to the required airline specification.
  • Manage the dish room to achieve required throughputs.
  • Ensure all equipment is provided to internal customers on time.
  • Monitor and record wash machine temperatures.
  • Ensure waste compacting, removal equipment, and systems are in good working condition.
  • Implement correct equipment deadhead procedures for all airlines.
  • Conduct quality checks, including damaged and faulty equipment, and segregation in line with airline specifications.
  • Plan and manage team output to ensure all targets are met.
  • Enforce Housekeeping rules and standards at all times.
  • Adhere to Unit safety measures and inflight services security compliance.
  • Interact with colleagues, customers, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Drive, direct, and implement unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.
  • Maintain all chemical and equipment stock levels.
  • Keep track of orders and deliveries.
  • Lead the Hygiene Team as Shift Coordinator, ensuring the completion of hygiene schedules.
  • Ensure the hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, practices, and equipment are continually re-evaluated.
  • Communicate effectively with regards plant hygiene standards across and between shifts.
  • Be clear about expectations for team members.
  • Encourage and promote company values and standards of conduct.
  • Undertake a weekly 'deep clean' on each department.
  • Train and guide the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Hours: Full-time contract

Salary: £12.58 per hour

Location: Manchester
