Role Summary:
University College Birmingham is in search of a forward-thinking Associate Vice-Chancellor to lead our initiatives aimed at enhancing student achievement. Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, you will serve as the Chief Academic Officer & Student Success leader, responsible for the formulation and execution of a transformative strategy that promotes student success throughout their academic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Navigate the regulatory and commercial landscape affecting post-92 institutions in Higher Education.
- Address evolving student expectations and ensure compliance with OfS registration conditions related to access, participation, and outcomes.
