Venn Group is partnering with a healthcare organisation in the Lincolnshire area to find a full-time Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
-------------------
* Produce letters and other HR-related correspondence, responding as necessary.
* Arrange meetings and welcome visitors, taking notes when required for formal and informal meetings.
* Support the wider team to achieve the objectives of the People & Culture Department.
* Generate ad-hoc reports using data from various systems, as needed.
* Efficiently complete DBS renewal processes for employee enhanced employment checks.
* Accurately input data into all computerised HR systems, adhering to agreed procedures.
* Extract data from HR systems and provide relevant information as requested from internal and external sources.
* Compile and act on information regarding new starters, leavers, and changes in circumstances affecting monthly salary payments, passing this information to the payroll department as required.
* Maintain all staff records in HR systems, including changes in circumstances and sickness absence, in collaboration with the wider People and Culture team.
