Position: Security Officer
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 12-hour shifts, including Nights and Weekends
Transport: Must have access to a vehicle or reliable transportation options
Requirements: Valid SIA license is mandatory
Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will encompass:
- Preventing unauthorized access to the premises.
- Monitoring fire alarms, security alarms, and CCTV systems as necessary.
- Conducting both internal and external security patrols.
- Managing keys and executing locking and unlocking tasks.
- Maintaining accurate logbooks and records.
- Reporting any faults, health and safety concerns, and unsafe practices to management.
- Possession of a valid SIA license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the security sector.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history.
- Ability to arrive punctually for shifts (reasonable commuting distance).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
