Associate Director of Client Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Client Project Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects, customer relationships, and coordinating the activities of the Gleeds Programme and Project Management Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet Customers' requirements.
- Managing teams to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
- Administering contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, or Project Manager.
- Mentoring and coaching employees to help them realize their full potential.
- Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Units' activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Broad, in-depth project management and/or programme management experience.
- Detailed knowledge and practiced experience of project management techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Ability to administer construction contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, and/or Project Manager.
- Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
- Ability to motivate others and lead high-performance teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers) qualification.
