Job Title: Head of Programmes

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Programmes to join our team at HealthHero. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering programmes that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage programmes that impact HealthHero's Enterprise operations, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management.
  • Develop and implement programme objectives, progress tracking, and quality metrics, focusing on financial performance, lean process implementation, patient safety, clinician and patient satisfaction, and project velocity.
  • Coordinate change management within multi-disciplinary project teams, involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in prioritising resource and effort based on impact/outcome assessment and tracking.
  • Provide regular reporting to the operational board, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and change management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to read the room and moderate conflict arising from change anxiety and velocity of change.
  • Experience working with clinical and resource management systems, processes, and policies, with a clear understanding of approval and quality assurance stage gates in projects and change management.
  • Clear ownership of projects and the ability to enthuse about and evangelise the benefits of strategic projects.
  • Active listening and engagement in issue resolution and escalation.
