KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the Store Manager's representative during their absence.
  • Oversee cash management, banking, and related administrative tasks when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Ensure all register operations comply with the established operational guidelines.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing stock control, including receiving transfers, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing stock for display.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and share expert knowledge about our product offerings and their advantages.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies regarding company policies and procedures to the Store Manager.
