Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in guiding and supporting our students aged 16+ on their educational journey. You'll work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, provide individualized support, and foster a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in classroom activities, including lesson planning, instruction, and assessment.
  • Provide personalized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate small group sessions and 1-on-1 interactions to cater to individual learning needs.
  • Encourage student engagement and motivation through creative teaching methods and activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized learning plans.
