You will receive comprehensive training on our product range through our selected manufacturers, recognized industry training programs, or our internal training facilities.
- Perform servicing, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and technical support for fire alarm systems.
- Engage in hands-on integration of fire alarm systems on various projects, collaborating closely with the project delivery team.
- Conduct system commissioning and facilitate the handover process to the client.
- Act as a primary contact for clients regarding ongoing issues or technical support.
- Conduct surveys and assist in the quoting and design processes for systems.
- Carry out fire inspections and manage the maintenance and operation of necessary equipment.
- Occasionally provide support in other areas and may require overnight stays.
- Demonstrable experience in the maintenance of fire alarm systems is essential.
- FIA certification or equivalent training is highly desirable.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Commitment to delivering a professional service with a keen eye for detail, quality, and customer satisfaction is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Reliability and punctuality are critical attributes for this role.
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell additional days.

- Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
- Participation in a call-out rota, including standby compensation.
