Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Brow and Beauty Expert to join our mobile team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing brow and beauty treatments, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service, make connections with customers, and achieve individual sales goals.
  • Brow Services - Offer waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
  • Teamwork - Collaborate with team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
  • Promotions and Events - Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
  • Administration - Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with counter manager administration as needed.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years sales experience, a passion for beauty and brow styling, and excellent communication skills. As a mobile role, you'll be working across various locations, and travel expenses will be covered by the company.
