Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brow Beauty Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling our best-selling products, and providing expert brow styling services to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers
  • Sell our best-selling products and meet individual sales targets
  • Provide expert brow styling services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet business objectives
  • Support in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment and adhere to company standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services
  • Ability to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays
