Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Brow and Beauty Expert to join our team in London. As a mobile role, you'll be working across various locations, delivering an exciting and unique service to customers. Your passion for eyebrow styling, product demonstration, and making connections with customers will be key to achieving individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Goals - Achieve individual sales targets by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and booking repeat appointments.
  • Brow Services - Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. (Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert).
  • Teamwork - Collaborate with team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
  • Promotions and Special Events - Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
  • Administration - Complete daily and weekly worksheets, and assist with counter manager administration as needed.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area at all times.
  • Travel - Travel between locations to support the business, primarily in London, Heathrow Airport, and Bicester village, with occasional travel to other areas.

Requirements

As a successful candidate, you'll have a minimum of 2 years sales experience, be confident in making connections with customers, and passionate about eyebrow styling and product demonstration. You'll also be flexible with your availability and willing to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.

What We Offer
