Customer Support Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Customer Support Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor customer needs and effectively manage their requirements and product needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Order items on behalf of customers as instructed.
  • Manage all customer communication, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • A 2.1 degree in any field.
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a keen interest in gaining commercial experience in customer support is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with third-party suppliers.
