About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Receptions Team as an Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and organizing meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with the public, colleagues, and stakeholders, developing good working relationships and resolving queries independently.
  • Update and maintain accurate records, following procedures and guidelines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive data with care and discretion.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the smooth operation of the Receptions Team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. You will also have good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
