About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable engineer to support our tutors in developing the skills and professional behaviors of our students and apprentices. As a Learning Assistant of Engineering, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our future engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support tutors in practical lesson delivery and prepare the environment for learning
  • Share your skills and knowledge with students and apprentices
  • Work with a range of tools and equipment in engineering workshop environments
  • Contribute to the development of our students and apprentices
About You

You will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline, or equivalent industry standard qualifications and experience. You should be confident in your ability to work with a range of tools and equipment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
