As a Product Technologist, you will play a key role in providing technical support and development within the existing business, as well as contributing to future technical projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Coordinate regular product testing to identify and address faults, providing evaluations to enhance quality
- Develop and update technological processes for production
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to parameters and specifications
- Develop improvement plans for products and processes, analyzing data to identify areas for enhancement
- Conduct research and development work in laboratories and production facilities
- Utilize company manufacturing systems to maintain accurate written and electronic records
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in Chemistry or Materials Science
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in implementing ideas to simplify and improve business processes
- Good understanding of IT systems and excellent Excel skills
