We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Brady Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and management with a focus on employee relations, absence management, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Handle a variety of employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Advice and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to managers on handling complex employee issues effectively and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Absence Management: Provide support and guidance to managers on absence management procedures, including return-to-work interviews and implementing absence-related policies.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies, coordinating the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage.
- Travel: Travel to our UK sites as required to support the business.
- Generalist HR Duties: Perform all other generalist HR duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field, or qualified by experience.
