About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our expanding Financial Services & Mortgage Business in Borehamwood.

This role is to provide general and financial administrative support to the team and clients where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient running of the office
  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Manage online and paper filing systems
  • Process mortgage applications
  • Maintain client data on our office CRM system
  • Conduct research and source mortgage products
  • Answer calls and respond to client and lender queries
  • Keep clients and businesses up to date throughout the application process
  • Function as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Manager or Mortgage Paraplanner
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Be a quick learner, good telephone manner and confidence to liaise with clients
  • A working knowledge of mortgage & protection products
  • Open to learning and furthering your career within our mortgages & Financial Services team
