About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Howden. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the rural sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing business
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage and develop a book of business in the region, including managing existing clients and attracting new ones
  • Ensure clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their insurance exposures
Requirements
  • Insurance or financial services experience is desirable, but not essential
  • A background in agricultural or rural business is highly valued
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet targets
  • Excellent communication, networking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually, with strong time management skills
