Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze forecasted customer demand and fulfill it through supply from Intercompany Facilities
  • Ensure timely deliveries aligned with customer request dates
  • Generate and manage transfer orders among Collins facilities
  • Establish and oversee independent Intercompany Purchase Orders
  • Maintain corresponding sales orders
  • Oversee the Open Purchase Order Book
  • Manage relationships with Intercompany Suppliers based on assigned suppliers
  • Synchronize purchase order system dates and update customer sales orders
  • Engage in communication with our customers
  • Participate in essential production update meetings for designated products
  • Address escalation processes when deviations from plans occur
  • Contribute to process enhancement initiatives

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in E1 and Excel (including lookups and pivot tables) is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills - we seek a collaborative individual
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, particularly those with time constraints
  • Adept problem solver with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment that emphasizes continuous improvement is highly valued
