Key Responsibilities
  • Implement software solutions, engage in design and development, and troubleshoot technical issues while employing innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate seamlessly with relevant systems.
  • Create architectural and design documentation for intricate applications, ensuring that design constraints are adhered to throughout the software development process.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize data from extensive and diverse datasets to foster continuous enhancement of software applications and systems.
  • Identify underlying issues and trends in data proactively, utilizing these insights to enhance coding standards and system architecture.
  • Participate in software engineering communities and events that focus on new and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Formal education or certification in software engineering principles along with practical experience.
  • Proficient in UI development with expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS, Micro FrontEnd Development, JavaScript, optimization techniques, and design patterns.
  • Experience with automation tools for Automated Functional Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), and agile methodologies such as JIRA.
  • Understanding of UX design principles, including responsive web design.
  • Hands-on experience as a software engineer focusing on customer-facing applications and modern agile software delivery practices.
  • Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate setting using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Solid grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Familiarity with contemporary front-end technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud computing technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with web performance analysis tools.
