Compliance Services Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Services Manager to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's healthcare services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations for clinical services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective management of staff, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the department, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations to optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align departmental goals with broader objectives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Provide support, training, and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure that services provided meet or exceed clinical standards, focusing on patient outcomes, experience, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines to maintain a strong reputation and minimize risk.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of healthcare services, ideally with experience working within healthcare, clinical, or care backgrounds at a management level.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
  • Ability to address operational challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive basic salary of circa £45,000, depending on your previous skills and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including company events, company pension, free onsite parking, private medical insurance, and life insurance.
