Compliance Services Manager Job Description

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Compliance Services Manager to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical services and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations for clinical services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective management of staff, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage administrative functions, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align departmental goals with broader objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Provide support, training, and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that services provided meet or exceed clinical standards, focusing on patient outcomes, experience, and safety.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of healthcare services, ideally with experience in a management role within the clinical or care sector.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
  • Ability to address operational challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
