We are excited to be recruiting for a Group Operations Executive to work on our own tours from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to grow their product knowledge and learn about special interest tours.

As a Group Operations Executive, you will undertake a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Allocating services with suppliers and in our systems for tour requirements, including hotels, meals, guides, site entrances, ferries, trains, and coaches.
  • Managing booking requirements, keeping track of assigned group space and special requirements, tracking and notifying any changes.
  • Allocating services with suppliers to ensure the best balance of price and quality, in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in English and another European language.
  • Good knowledge of European geography and culture.
  • Work experience in a field related to tourism or working in a hotel/graduate in Travel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work with all levels of employees.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software products.
  • Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities and strong prioritization skills.
