SG Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client's team in their busy Distribution Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 5 Order Pickers/Warehouse Operatives, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient and effective order picking and warehouse operations

• Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives

• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

• Previous experience working within a warehouse with picking requirements is essential

• The Company are willing to train and develop individuals, so would also consider people who may only have limited supervisory experience in a stand-in capacity

**Requirements**

• FLT C/balance licence is ideal, but training on other equipment would be provided

• Ability to work a 2 shift weekly rotating role, as follows:

• Week 1: 6am-2pm

• Week 2: 12pm-8pm Monday to Thursday, 10am-6pm Friday
