**About the role.**

As a Supervisor in our Repair Reporting Call Centre, you will monitor, motivate, and manage a team of Repair Reporting Advisors. You will manage the day-to-day planning of your team.

You must have experience of working in a Call Centre /Contact Centre environment, with an ability to manage and develop a team.

To be the successful applicant you will need to be organized, resilient with an ability to remain calm in an extremely busy service. A good level of IT skills is required with an ability to make quick informed decisions.

You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C (4-9) or relevant demonstratable. The proposed hours of the role are 37 hours per week across 5 days Monday to Friday.
