Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the sales and proposal process between clients, vendors, and funders, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of finance documentation.
  • Conduct credit searches, prepare finance proposals, and liaise with funders and sales teams to ensure prompt and accurate processing.
  • Generate and issue finance documentation accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Process sales and ensure accurate recording using our CRM and Proposal Management system.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and funders through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Provide exceptional levels of service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with customer needs and available options, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Maintain good working relationships with the rest of the business, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Contribute to individual, departmental, and company objectives, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and success.
  • Comply with all relevant regulatory standards and internal policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
