Job Title: Driver Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to join our team at Culina Group. As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-house training programs for drivers, including periodic Driver CPC training.
- Provide training on drivers' hours, tachographs, and WTD rules and regulations.
- Conduct new starter training and inductions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
- Report on driver performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training provided.
- Liaise with the Transport Management team to ensure training meets company needs.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers' hours regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
