Driver Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to join our team at Culina Logistics in Bristol. As a Driver Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers, including periodic Driver CPC training and training on drivers' hours, tachographs, and WTD rules and regulations.
- Provide new starter training and inductions, ensuring all drivers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Report on the performance of drivers following training, using counseling and coaching techniques to support their development.
- Maintain accurate records of all driver training undertaken, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the Transport Management team to maximize the benefits of training programs.
- Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers' hours regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver accurate information to trainees.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with a good standard of computer literacy.
- Qualified to Advanced driving level, with excellent presentation skills.
