About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Success Manager to join our team at Leads. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse client base across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with a portfolio of key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service to non-managed accounts, and driving account expansion and growth. You will identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services, resolve any client issues or concerns, and provide regular updates and reports on account performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to non-managed accounts and resolve any client issues or concerns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity relevant to clients and provide insights to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on client expectations and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management and/or sales with a track record of revenue growth and expansion
  • Commercial acumen with a growth mindset and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, multitasking multiple processes and priorities
  • Experience in debt management and payment collection is a plus
