Client Account Professional

As a Client Account Manager at Interaction - Kettering, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Foster clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find innovative solutions.
- Track account performance, analyse data, and generate insightful reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a customer service and/or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to ensure customer success.
