Multi Skilled Tradesman Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our team at Think Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance division, you will be responsible for carrying out 2nd fix and snagging repairs on domestic social housing properties across Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering, with experience of working in a fast-paced maintenance environment. You will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to diagnose and resolve issues, and to work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 2nd fix and snagging repairs on domestic social housing properties
  • Work on a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Use your own initiative to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in a relevant trade (Timeserved experience can be accepted)
  • Experience of working in the building trade, carrying out maintenance and repair work
  • Full UK Driving License

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of 27,000 + Van, Fuel Card and Out of hours/Overtime
