Multi Skilled Tradesman Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our client's maintenance division in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out 2nd fix and snagging repairs on domestic social housing properties across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering, with experience of working in a similar role. You will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 2nd fix and snagging repairs on domestic social housing properties
  • Work on a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Use your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ L2 or City & Guilds)
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 + van, fuel card, and out of hours/overtime
