Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator

Hydrogen Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of multiple marketing projects and workstreams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools such as Asana, Excel, and Gantt charts.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing terminology and basic budgeting concepts.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Excel, and Gantt charts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and adapt to regional requirements.
