Job Overview

We are seeking a Program Coordinator with demonstrated expertise in dynamic agency or production settings to collaborate with one of our key clients.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supervise and coordinate various project workflows, ensuring compliance with established plans.
  • Articulate project strategies internally and with clients and partner organizations, aligning expectations and processes.
  • Develop, revise, and adjust project timelines as necessary.
  • Partner with Client Services and other departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Comprehend agency operations and production methodologies across all channels.
  • Ensure project briefs receive approval, and creative teams are promptly informed.
  • Organize and participate in reviews, set agendas, and summarize key action points.
  • Distribute work to relevant departments and external partners, ensuring clarity and timely execution.
  • Identify and propose solutions for timing or delivery challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with all agency departments and partners to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Encourage teamwork and effective communication.
  • Generate production estimates and purchase orders, excluding TV/Radio.
  • Secure cost controller approval on estimates prior to client distribution.
  • Conduct project reconciliations upon completion.

  • Proficiency with Apple applications, including Keynote.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
