Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection Limited. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating new business and building a sales team to drive growth and expansion.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
• Recruit, manage, and train a sales team to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business growth strategies

• Proven track record in sales of product handling automation solutions or conveyor systems
• Qualifications in engineering or a good technical background
• Ability to prepare quotes and proposals as part of the sales process
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Wallace Hind Selection Limited is a small but well-established privately owned British manufacturer of bespoke automation solutions based around conveyors and product handling machinery. We sell into the food, personal care, and can making markets with a blue chip client base and high levels of client retention and repeat business.
